I'm Here to Partner With You Through Grief, Loss, and Heartbreak
You are invited to create a space in partnership which promotes the unfolding of your whole self, both in honouring your losses and grief, while also expanding your capacity for being with all that arises including love, heartache, joy, and sadness.
Within loss experiences and transitions, there can be many layers and additional losses such as a sense of identity, meaning, direction, and confidence. Support can be invaluable when you’re looking to take a step, remember who you are, and reclaim those parts that seem hidden.
It is a process of integration fostered with self love, self compassion, self trust, and courage. You can cultivate and rediscover your true nature and purpose.
Coaching and companioning will be as unique and individual as you and your grief are. And because we all grieve, our sharing, healing, and growing can be powerful through relationship. Grief was always meant to be held within community, and in the future I will look to create a group offering as well.
My approach is a blend of a companioning nature with ontological coaching which explores and emphasizes our Being along with our doing. Exploring these areas looks different for everyone. Below are some ways I can support your healing forward journey. And by this I do not mean there is some kind of end point, that something needs to, or should be healed, that is up to you, and there also exists possibility. And, If you're looking for something in particular or are not sure, please reach out to me directly, all is welcome.

Rediscovery
If you've lost someone or something meaningful, whether through a death or other transitions, you may sense a disconnection. If you are ready to explore rediscovering yourself, I am here for you.

Self Compassion
Grief is not linear, has no timeline, and there is none quite like yours. Self Compassion can offer a bedrock of holding in your new reality. Here, you can practice expression and exploring your needs.

Relationships
Your relationship to self, those close to you, and the wider community may feel shaky, and you are looking for a piece of solid ground. You are invited to fortify that foundation within yourself, recovering what is hidden.
If you are experiencing heartbreak and want to learn how to take each day as it comes, please reach out. Having your heart cracked open can be intense. The process of integration is gentle, and requires patience.
